64-Skier-twistINSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sit on the swiss ball with feet firmly planted on the floor.

2. Extend your hands forward

3. Keep your trunk still and twist moving legs to one direction and arms the opposite way.

4. Hold for a second and twist the other way
