i) Make wheat flour dough and keep aside.
ii) Grate the cauliflower and squeeze out the excess water.
iii) Add salt, chilli powder, green chilli, green coriander, chopped ginger on the cauliflower.
iv) Take a ball of dough and fill it with the cauliflower mixture. Make the Roti as usual.
